REALTOR - Ryan DeRoode

My name is Ryan and I’d like to thank you for visiting my website. My goal as a real estate agent is to provide you with comfort and reliability, while helping you discover a great home that fits your needs.

Twin Cities MN Realtor – Ryan DeRoode

I’d love to chat with you about the kind of home you’re looking for, so please don’t hesitate to call me at 651-503-4158 or email me HERE.

I grew up in a small southwestern Minnesota town called Ghent (‘famously’ known as the Rolle Bolle capital of the world). Living so close to family and friends gave me a strong work ethic, and taught me the importance of relationships. When I meet a new client, I take the time to learn about who they are, as well as understand their wants and needs. By building this relationship, I hope to give my clients the peace of mind that comes with finding a real estate agent they can trust.

After high school, I enlisted in the Army and served a combined ten years of active duty and national guard service. After completing my active duty, I attained my bachelor’s degree from Mankato State University, and realized that my past experiences would make me an ideal real estate agent. Since then, I have helped hundreds of clients find beautiful homes, and guided them through one of the biggest decisions of their lives.

I love being involved in my church, River Valley, and recently completed a mission trip. The importance of helping others guides me in my personal life, as well as my professional one. In my spare time, I enjoy working out with a great group of friends at Mi5 Fitness in Lakeville, running around Lake Calhoun and Lake Harriet, as well a little golfing and an annual fishing trip to Canada with my dad.

Through extensive experience, I have seen the fantastic highs and the sometimes devastating lows of the housing market. If you decide to do business with me, I want you to know that I’ll be passionate and dedicated, to educating you about the vast market of foreclosures, short sales, and traditional sales, that could lead you to your dream home. Whether you’re upsizing or downsizing, I’ll give you the information you need to make a smart, financially responsible decision, based on your lifestyle and realistic budget! Sometimes the best decision is to hold off, instead of making a hasty emotional decision. I want you to feel comfortable and confident moving forward from our no obligation first meeting.
